Our target audience is every man in our battalion who is serious and committed to growing and leveling up from where they are at professionally, personally, orboth. We are concerned with growing a community of committed individuals who want to see each other succeed in life not just in work.

GOAL

Offer participants a chance to look within themselves, and to learn the Principles Of Human Effectiveness that can lift and change people. Designed to enable participants to:

Clarify their purpose and priorities
Create a practical plan for achieving their desired outcomes
Discover timeless principles and habits of effectiveness that will guide their daily efforts
MRT Skills that would help: ACR, SOC, Goal Setting
