The Samurai Diamond Course is an interactive module that breaks up the program into 12 different sessions.
Each session is designed to be completed at a warrior's own pace however, it intertwines with the group meetings. By providing more information through audio recordings within each course, a Soldier can feel confident that if they attend the meetings AND go through the course they will gain the complete 360-degree instruction that will lead to growth.
Although it is optional for a Soldier to attend our meetings, the GREATS make growth MANDATORY and REQUIRED for their life. These second-to-none individuals are the ones we want to invest in. The sessions here are designed to push those A Players to the edge and help them break out from the pack. It is for these individuals that we will spare no effort in providing comprehensive tools to push them toward greatness.
We have more information now than we ever have had in the past. It is for this reason that we are committing now to growing and evolving from being a follower, a cog in the wheel, an unknown individual to being someone of greatness. Someone of impact. We ask only that you engagement actively in group discussions and in the activities both within the group and the course website. Engagement is not passive it is active. If it is one thing we all know, you cannot make any changes if you are sitting on the bench. And those who passively attend the meetings are sitting on the bench.
